This solar panel installation company is a scaling company. However, they were running much of their sales and operations using Excel. With the supply chain issues, one of their biggest pain points was that they never knew if they had enough solar panels for their upcoming installations.

We built a web-based dashboard for the company that managed all major aspects of their business including quoting, scheduling, getting scaffolding estimates from vendors, customer communication, and invoicing.

Results
Many of the previously manual processes was automated for this company. Because quotes, inventory, and equipment orders were all entered into this system, the company was able to track day by day exactly how many solar panels and could easily know when they needed to order additional solar panels. The mapping features that we added allowed their teams to easily visually all the jobs they had upcoming.
